1. Statement of Commitment
Splash Coins™ is committed to delivering a safe, transparent, and enjoyable digital gaming experience aligned with the principles of responsible social play. 2. Applicability & Legal Jurisdiction
This policy applies to all users physically located within the United States or accessing the Splash Coins™ platform through U.S. domains or networks. It is binding across:
– Mobile and desktop platforms;
– Integrated or white-labeled applications;
– Customer service touchpoints;
– Affiliate or partner channels operating within U.S. territory.
State-specific requirements supplement this policy and are incorporated by reference where required by applicable state law. Users must comply with both this policy and any additional state-specific requirements applicable to their jurisdiction.
3. Age Requirements & U.S. Verification Standards
Access to the Splash Coins™ platform is restricted to individuals who:
– Are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your respective state at the time of account creation;
– Have not misrepresented their identity, date of birth, or location;
– Have completed any required age verification processes, including third-party document verification if deemed necessary.
In accordance with COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), minors under 13 years of age are strictly prohibited from creating or using any Splash Coins™ account. Violations may be reported to the FTC or other authorities.
We reserve the right to:
– Suspend accounts suspected of falsified information;
– Request government-issued identification;
– Report criminal misrepresentation or access by minors.
4. Player Control Tools & Voluntary Protections
To support self-regulation, we offer the following U.S.-compliant controls:
4.1 Purchase Limits
Users may set soft or hard limits on daily, weekly, or monthly in-platform purchases.
– Soft limits trigger warnings but allow overrides with confirmation;
– Hard limits are non-overridable and enforce strict ceilings.
Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 7-day waiting period.
4.2 Play Duration Alerts
Session timers notify players when they have been active beyond configurable thresholds (e.g., 1 hour, 2 hours).
4.3 Voluntary Account Time-Outs
Players may request a lockout period of 7, 14, or 30 days. During this time, account access is fully suspended and cannot be overridden by support.
4.4 Formal Self-Exclusion
We honor written self-exclusion requests for durations of:
– 6 months
– 12 months
– 24 months
– Permanent closure
Approved exclusions are final for the duration of the selected period and require no further proof of distress to activate.

– Temporary restrictions on purchases or platform features;
– Personalized alerts and well-being check-ins;
– Review by our Responsible Play Oversight Board, when elevated cases arise.
6. Shared Device Use & Household Controls
To prevent accidental or unauthorized access, especially by minors:
– We recommend use of Apple Screen Time, Google Family Link, or third-party parental control software;
– Shared devices should always be logged out after use;
– Autofill passwords should be disabled on public or family devices.
While we provide these recommended safety measures, users are responsible for implementing appropriate access controls on their devices. The Company’s liability for unauthorized access is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and excludes circumstances where recommended safety measures have not been implemented.
