Alternative Mode of Entry for Splash Coin Games
The Company offers a free, alternative mode of entry (“AMOE”) to the Splash Coin Games that requires a user to simply submit their basic account details on a standard post card or piece of white paper (this entry method is in addition to the other promotions that are available, for free, to all users).
To submit an entry via the AMOE, users must send a standard postcard or piece of white paper which must be 4” x 6”, unfolded, unlined, and placed inside a stamped #10 envelope addressed in legible handwriting to the address PO BOX 66, Newark, NY 14513, with “Sweepstakes Entries” written on the front of the envelope.
The request must contain the following information:
- – The participant’s full name, as shown on their government-issued identification;
- – The participant’s email address associated with the participant’s Company account;
- – The applicable return/residential address registered to the participant’s Company account;
- – A brief statement requesting free Splash Coins and accepting the Company’s terms of use and official Sweeps Rules; and
- – A unique sixteen-digit postal code acquired via the Website. To access the code, players must simply sign into their account and follow the prompts to generate and redeem the code.
Per the Sweeps Rules, each envelope may contain only one request for Splash Coins, and the request made by the player must be sent from the same state as the residential address registered with the player’s account.
Furthermore, each AMOE submission is valid for sixty (60) days from the date the player last logged onto their account. Furthermore, according to the Sweeps Rules, players may submit an unlimited number of AMOE requests. According to the Officer’s Certificate, the postal code is intended to assist the Company in the efficient and effective processing of the player’s AMOE, and there is only minimal delay in obtaining each subsequent code. The Officer’s Certificate states that for each postcard request that a user submits in accordance with the above requirements, the user will receive (2) Splash Coins. Furthermore, users can submit as many times as they desire and there is no maximum or limit on their submissions.
The Certificate also states that (i) Splash Coins are automatically added to the user’s account upon verification of the AMOE submission, (ii) the Company promptly processes each AMOE request and processing is generally completed within seven (7) days however, it can take up to fourteen (14) days from receipt of the request card to award the Splash Coins to the user’s account, (iii) the Company will clearly and conspicuously advertise the available AMOE method of entry (including advertising on their website and on social media), (iv) the AMOE entries have the exact same chance of winning as entries obtained via any other promotional method, and (vi) the Company will also periodically monitor the average entry fee to ensure that the AMOE Splash Coins awarded reflect the average entry fee in the Splash Coin Games.
